For online coaching, we normally start with a 45 min consultation online via zoom or skype. This is where we can establish what your goals are. During the consult, I will be asking you questions about your lifestyle history so we can build up a picture of what your current and past health and fitness levels were/are.
For us to get the best possible outcome the consult is an important first step and gives us a base to work off. I will then explain how my monthly coaching works, then if you are happy to continue I will get to work shaping the diet and exercise program for you to follow.
The initial consult is £50 and then a recurring monthly fee to stay on the coaching program. There is no contract so you are free to leave when each month is finished if you feel its not for you. Also, there is a discount for booking 3 months in advance.

Part of the process is for me to get to you online, so I will be asking you to download my app on to your mobile phone. This allows me to be able to deliver all the content you need straight to your phone, so you can have recipes or meal plans right there beside you whenever you need them and all training programs we have set up with full video instructions.
Also, it gives me the ability to contact and message you, and most importantly to support you and keep you accountable during your program as this is really important in getting you to your set targets. Also, you are able to message me via the app with text, picture or video messaging to keep communication open and easy during your monthly coaching.
